MediaStreaming Intro

The JanKo-Stream team has documented and broadcast numerous conferences, concerts and performances in recent years. What used to require a whole truck full of TV equipment, can be achieved today with a handful of devices, all of which fit into one suitcase. Janine and Konrad report on their digital excursions and simulate with you the setup of a small TV studio with several cameras and live green screen to broadcast an audio/video concert live on the Internet. You will get to know the open source software programs OBS and Inkscape and see how easy it is to realize a live radio broadcast with the open source DJ software Mixxx. All participants will make a plan together on how to connect all devices. Audio interfaces, video mixers and cameras are waiting for their time to shine.
