De Besturing - Urban impact through creative hubs

The De Besturing studio complex is an old industrial building in the Binckhorst industrial estate in The Hague. Located directly on the harbour, the building is opposite a large concrete factory where sand and gravel are still loaded and unloaded. De Besturing is home to a group of 28 artisanal, creative users. They represent various disciplines: from leather, wood and metal processing to ceramics, photography, architecture and public art. FabLab Den Haag is located here. In the lecture, Jan Willem gives an insight into the world of a creative hub and everything that goes with it.
